Getting Started

I became interested in the Physical Therapy World by experiencing my own injuries ( fractured bones, sprains and strains) as a kid playing sports, running, jumping and just doing what kids do. I was fascinated with the process of the way the body healed without therapy. As I got older I was exposed to Physical Therapy rehabilitation through following my favorite athletes from baseball and basketball being on the injury list. I often thought to myself what was the step by step process to return back to playing in an elite athletic environment.
