Thank God for Jorge for seeing me in such short notice. I thought I was going to need x-rays, see a Dr, be unable to go back to working out, etc., but I learned my case is basic knee sprain. (In medical terms :sprained my medial collateral ligament and probably irritated the medial meniscus)..so thank goodness I was given proper care and exercises to do at home to be back at the gym in no time.
